Management of the Tridonic Group

Dr. Alfred Felder – CEO

Alfred Felder is CEO at Tridonic since November 2012. He has a comprehensive knowledge of the field of opto-semiconductors and has acquired decades of management experience with prominent players in the electronics industry. In his career to date he has worked for several years in each of Japan, the US and China. Since 2003, he has filled various management roles in the areas of OLED and LED technology. He gained his doctorate in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University of Vienna.

Gavin Brydon – COO

Gavin Brydon joined Tridonic as General Manager for the plant in Spennymoor (UK) in 2004. Since 2009, he has been managing and developing the electronics production in Shenzhen (China), whilst additionally being responsible for all Tridonic electronics plants worldwide. Before joining Tridonic, he held various senior roles in the fields of electronics design, supplier quality, as well as strategic sourcing, gaining extensive international business experience in the USA, Europe and Asia.

Christoph Komatz – CFO

Christoph Komatz brings with him extensive knowledge of Tridonic from his position as Vice President Corporate Controlling in the Zumtobel Group. He has management experience in the finance and auditing departments at a number of international industrial companies. Christoph Komatz started working for the Zumtobel Group in 2009 and was appointed CFO at Tridonic in October 2012.
