We promote the technical and personal development of our employees. The Tridonic Academy focuses on technical know – how relating to products and technologies, while the Zumtobel Academy provides a seminar landscape for developing personal skills and work practices. We prepare the next generation of managers by encouraging them to take on management tasks.

Individual development is discussed each year at the employee progress review.
